Real Experience.
Real Leadership.
From building and leading businesses to developing executives from Fortune 500 companies, our experience spans both sides of leadership. We've managed people, navigated conflict, built organizations, and helped leaders make difficult decisions when the stakes were high. We don't believe in corporate fluff or one-size-fits-all answers. We believe in practical guidance shaped by decades of real-world experience.
ABOUT DOUG
01/02

Founder, 30+ years leading organizations.
Creator of Sparke OS™
For more than 30 years, Doug Hood has worked at the intersection of business performance and people—building companies, leading teams, navigating conflict, and helping organizations find a better way forward.
Throughout his career, Doug has worked with hundreds of business owners and ministry leaders. He led an award-winning company through nationwide expansion, eight-figure annual revenue, strategic acquisitions, and ultimately a successful exit to a multibillion-dollar company. He's also experienced setbacks, made mistakes, and learned valuable lessons the hard way.
An entrepreneur who loves building businesses, solving problems, and creating opportunities, Doug is also a shepherd at heart. He genuinely cares about people and has seen firsthand how conflict, confusion, and unhealthy cultures can drain energy, destroy momentum, and hold back even the most talented teams.
Those experiences led him to create Sparke OS™—a practical approach built from decades of real-world experience to help leaders solve problems, restore relationships, and build peaceful, productive teams.
What I believe: Most organizations don't need more staff, more meetings, or more complexity. They need clarity. And a process that actually works.
What I've learned: Conflict drains people. Complexity kills momentum. And both are solvable—if you're willing to start at the top.
ABOUT ERIC
01/02

Managing Director, Sparke Advisory Group
Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. MBA.
Eric Lindsay is a Managing Director at Sparke Advisory Group, where he partners with leaders and management teams to build the self-awareness and organizational understanding that drive real business results.
Eric’s career began on the work floor, where he gained firsthand experience of the team dynamics that shape how organizations actually function. He later held a leadership role in a growing nonprofit, helping scale the organization before joining Duke’s Fuqua School of Business, where he built and scaled leadership programming that prepared MBA students to step into demanding roles at some of the world’s leading firms.
Over his career, Eric has coached leaders from Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups across the country, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BCG, Accenture, and others. Whether standing up a new program, designing partnership frameworks, or rethinking how development actually happens, he has spent his career creating systems that grow people and the business at the same time.
What I believe: We all have untapped potential. Leaders need a guide with tools so they can see themselves clearly enough to rise to the next level.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and MBA, Eric brings both the strategic and human dimensions to every engagement, helping leaders better understand themselves and their organizations so they can make better decisions, develop stronger teams, and drive results that last.
WAYS TO IMPLEMENT SPARKE OS™
We won't hand you a 300-page deck and call it a program. Working sessions, real conversations, and a method you can run long after we're gone.

FOR LEADERS WHO'VE BEEN DOING THIS AWHILE
You don't need to be told leadership is hard. You need a second set of experienced eyes on the system your team is operating inside. That's the work. Bring the friction you've stopped mentioning in meetings. Start there.
